This policy explains when refunds apply to the digital prints we sell. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions of Sale and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Digital goods and cancellation
Our products are digital files supplied electronically and available to download immediately after purchase. As explained in our Terms & Conditions, once downloading has begun you lose the 14-day “cooling-off” right to cancel that would otherwise apply to online purchases. You agree to this when you complete checkout.
For this reason, we generally cannot offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind after downloading a file.
When we will refund
We will provide a repair, replacement, or refund where:
- the file is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described;
- you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same order; or
- you were unable to download your file through a fault on our side and we are unable to reissue a working link.
Where a file is faulty, we will first try to supply a working replacement. If we cannot, you are entitled to a refund.
How to request a refund
Contact us using the details at the top of this page within a reasonable time of your purchase, quoting your order reference and describing the problem. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Stripe. It may take several working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
