These terms govern your purchase of digital prints from this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Our business details are shown at the top of this page. Please read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Print Licence.

About our products

We sell digital prints: high-resolution image files delivered electronically for you to download and print yourself. No physical item is shipped. What you may do with a file you buy is set out in our Print Licence.

Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. Your order is a binding contract once payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation.
• We make every effort to price artwork correctly. If we discover a genuine pricing error we will contact you before fulfilling the order and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery of your download

After successful payment we provide a secure, time-limited download link for your file. Links expire after a set period and permit a limited number of downloads — please save your file promptly. If your link expires or fails through no fault of your own, contact us and we will reissue it.

Your right to cancel (digital goods)

Because we supply digital content electronically, your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once downloading has begun, and by completing checkout you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose that right at that point. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty — see our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use and licence

Your use of any file is governed by our Print Licence and Acceptable Use Policy. Copyright and all intellectual property in the artwork remain with us or the artist at all times.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for your ability to print a file to a particular size or on particular equipment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION] and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
